Tours Aldea is a family-run private tour company based in Playa del Carmen. Oscar and Judith plan and guide experiences across the Riviera Maya with direct communication, local knowledge and a simple goal: make the day comfortable, clear and genuinely personal.
We work directly with local businesses and families whenever possible, without intermediaries or pressure-selling stops.

Are your tours really 100% private?
Yes. Your reservation is for your own group. We do not combine your tour with unrelated travelers, so your guide and transportation are focused on your day.
Where do you pick up?
We coordinate pickup from hotels and agreed meeting points in Playa del Carmen, Tulum and nearby Riviera Maya areas. Send your hotel when you contact us so we can confirm the best timing.
What is included?
It depends on the tour. Each full tour page clearly lists transportation, guiding, entrances, water, snorkeling equipment or meals when applicable. We explain any item that is not included before you reserve.
How do I reserve?
Choose a tour and date through our booking page. Eligible reservations can pay a 10% deposit securely in USD using Clip; the date is verified by our team and the booking is not automatically confirmed by payment alone. For custom requests, contact us directly by WhatsApp.
Can you customize a tour?
Yes. Because the experiences are private, we can often adapt the route, pace or stops when logistics and site rules allow it. Tell us what matters most to your group.
What type of vehicle will we travel in?
